My Story
Developing the Wardensville Confluence
Hi, I'm Eddie, and my heart has always been rooted in Wardensville. As a proud native, an East Hardy High graduate, and a Marshall University alumnus, I've carried a deep love for this town throughout my journey.
After six years dedicated to working with non-profit organizations, I've honed my passion for community and my belief in the power of collective effort. Life took an unexpected turn in May when I lost my career, but this moment of transition has, in a powerful way, redirected my full focus and energy towards an exciting new mission: bringing The Wardensville Confluence to life.
My dream is to transform the beloved, historic White Star building into a vibrant hub for delicious food, genuine community connection, and economic growth right here in Wardensville.
This isn't just about opening a new business; it's a personal mission to contribute positively and return to the place I once called home.
The Wardensville Confluence will be more than just a building. It will be a place where locals and visitors can create lasting memories, where new jobs are generated, and where our local economy gets a much-needed boost. It's about preserving a piece of our town's history while forging a bright, revitalized future for the heart of Wardensville.
I've already laid the groundwork with a comprehensive business plan, and now, with the support of our incredible community, we can ensure this project moves forward with strength and momentum.
Join me in making this vision a reality! Your support is foundational to building Wardensville's future.
